What Happens To People Who Remember Everything?

I wanted to talk about something different today, I initially wanted to make a video on learning strategy and memory, but the more research I did, I found more and more details that point to the fact that forgetting is a much bigger part of learning than memorizing.

wow I'm seeing this in the right timing as I'm studying for a major exam. It actually confirmed my concern to take the extra step to really understand over memorization. Also gave me a little more insight to my really good memory of my childhood. Very interesting 🙏🏽Thank you
