The stillness that we are is beyond words and definition....Being aware of that stillness is key! That's where happiness resides. Live from that and be aware of it....that stillness is your true nature....In that stillness is truth, wisdom, clarity, peace and happiness! ❤️😊

awakening is not a one off , we are like an ever unfolding bud, that is forever blossoming becoming ever more beautiful, filled with our own radiance, and part of the " oneness" of all there is, which is divine light and love 🌟

I came across to this video after several weeks of what i called an awakening, as a Christians mainly from Catholic, i asked God in prayer several weeks ago or maybe around 1 or 2 months ago, to show me the kingdom within, because Jesus himself said to seek the kingdom of God first then all the other things would be added into our life, then what happen, i already forgotten this prayer and just a few weeks ago that day, everything has just become transparent, at that moment, in that day i know that i have found something in me, its unexplainable with words but i know it is the 'treasure' i long for my life, at that moment i dont even know what i want in my life no matter how i tried to wish anything of, i felt everything was perfect and complete, its serene and peace, and i know somekind of veil has lifted away forever from this body, i know that this would never be taken away from me, ever... now looking back at my background, i am a Catholic and i suddenly felt all of attachment i ever had with this faith was loosened greatly, and in just one day the rope that tied me to the faith has just fallen effortlessly, and in recent weeks of Sunday Mass, i looked at many people and my kids going inside the church enthusiasted but there was me, at the front door of the church, contemplating of life...i tried to feel the sadness of my old man but i cant and i was expressionless...i am happy at the same time but there is a slight sadness in me whenever i saw my family inside, they even asked me several times, what is going on? why not coming in....see, the truth is not making you to stick to a Holy Book or a Church forever but it does set you free from everything, this is the goal, and i know not every people would come into this realization even in their lifetime, i also know that i have gone through up and down of searching, gone through many difficulties of life, therefore this body, is psychologically had a preparations for the final removal of the veil... what even hit me sometimes slightly is that my kids were unlearning their true nature in their life, while im turning back to become like a kids,

Wow, this video came at a time when I just realized this myself after an intense two days of dealing with my feelings by facing them. I came to the realization, that love is not found outside of me, and I have to only give everything that I invest in, my love, but I do not invest my neediness to get back love from others, love is always fruitful in me.

Gopala Asmr I think it’s different for every one, to be honest. Once you stay in the moment every moment you learn to accept, embrace and embody whatever the moment is asking of you, and have a deep desire to “give” out of your own unique expression. At least that’s what I’ve experienced. I was going to write a book about it, but I have no idea how to market it and I don’t know that anyone would buy it.

I was hoping Rupert would explore the gentleman's spin-off a bit more. For instance, suppose before seeing into my true nature, I distracted myself with tennis. Sure there was love. But suppose it was also muddled with egoic needs to be the best tennis player and perhaps I was distracting myself with this sport to hide my inner wounds. I am curious, do the vasanas completely wear off and you become lifeless and detached from everyday life very stoic after reckoning your true nature, or do you still pursue tennis, except, there is no egoic need to gratify or rather to distract from the wound, but you just do it zestfully with full involvement and engagement out of pure love and ipso fact? Or the fact, I still LOVE tennis after the awakening implies there is some unresolved vasana or desire? My understanding is the previous para whereby we are no longer dictated by it and as the gentleman said it is rather "declaration" of our selv. :)

From a Buddhist perspective, and from someone who practices insight meditation, it is subtle non - attachment, not cold detachment. The difference is one can experience and even enjoy, while always being mindful that getting tangled up in the moment will ultimately lead to dissatisfaction when returning to one's basic reality, or the mundane if you will
