And bench presses 155 pounds. The muscle he gained probably isn’t dry, since steroids don’t produce dry gains. Dry gains come from protein and creatine.
@kmb957
@kmb957 Жыл бұрын
@@johnfurlong457 depending on the steroid compound, it will produce dry gains or wet (water) gains. Not all compounds are created equal. The purpose of creatine is to pull water into the muscles for hydration. This will lead to a somewhat softer muscle tissue and somewhat increase in strength. You wouldn't want to take creatine in the final weeks for a bodybuilding show as it hinder the striated look during the drying out period. But prepping for a weight lifting competition, creatine would be beneficial.

During my stint with covid my lungs lost 30% capacity and were so inflamed I struggled to breathe, even as a lifelong runner. I was prescribed oral steroids to reduce the inflammation. Truth be told it was the absolute nastiest tasting medicine I've ever taken. They did their job and I was able to breathe normally again, eventually making a full recovery. The funny thing about it all was; it was like my body regressed to puberty. I had zits everywhere, even more so than when I was a teenager (currently late 30s). I and my doctor had a good laugh, but still; these drugs should only be issued by trained medical personnel and taken as indicated. I had goofy yet expected side effects, so I can only imagine the potential dangers of taking non-prescribed steriods. Cheers!

Long gone are the days when 200mg of Test, Deca and EQ was considered overkill and dangerous. I'm 41 and a 19 year old asked me at the gym what I was on and I told him I do TRT (200mg every 6th day) and sometimes I'll throw in some 200mg of Deca just for personal motivation. He went to tell me that he was going to start a 1gram Test and 1gram Tren cycle, with insulin, Hgh and some other peptides. That's when I realized why so many professional bodybuilders are dying relatively young.

I’m 36 and was diagnosed with low T at 34. I’ve been getting test medically administered for 2 years now and I can say that it definitely is a thing of hope when taken right. If you think your struggling due to low T then Go get your levels checked. It couldn’t hurt to make sure your living at your healthiest… oh fyi steroid rage is caused by too much testosterone turning into estrogen. That’s why it’s important to get it medically done so that they can monitor your hormone levels. If done right those you don’t need to worry about side effects in most people.

If you do everything under a doctor and get your blood work taken regularly there is ways rid yourself of every single negative side effect (some people just can't take them and do have all the negatives no matter what though)and take it to a whole other level without hurting your body if you have relatively good genetics and no underlying conditions.

If you use and not abuse the biggest side effect are still acne. I have a few friends who got severe acne from extremely low dosages. Another problem with using are the periods you’re off and your testosterone levels crashes. You feel like a bag of garbage. It’s a vicious cycle if you use long enough. You start with on and off cycles to always on but with higher and low dosages.
@restitvtororbis5330
@restitvtororbis5330 Жыл бұрын
@@nameofthegame9664 also important to note that not everyone who gets trt is trying to get an 'advantage' in some competition, or even trying to build muscle. The video seems to go from talking about anti inflammatory steroids as being perfectly safe (still banned in some sports though) and then acts like everything beyond that is for bodybuilding maniacs with no concern for their health. When he mentioned the steroids under a doctor's supervision, idk if he mentioned trt at all, just glossing over the fact that testosterone can actually improve your quality of life and vastly outweigh even the worst side effects (which are often minimal). He just seems to lump testosterone in and assume it causes the same effects as tren or halo, which would be humorously inaccurate if it wasn't pushing decades of stigma, fear mongering and outdated medical understanding that has either been disproven or advanced for decades

TRT taken under doctor supervision for men over say 50 would yeld mostly positive results with hardly any negative as your body just doesn't make as much test as it used to anyways... and the amount of test a doctor would give would be just for you to reach normal levels again...

This is so random but I was thinking about how amazing how different glands in the body (like the thyroid) evolved from single cell organisms. It’s almost like evolution is a conscious process identifying needs and possible biological solutions to effectively overcome functional or environmental issues. If I were religious, this to me would be proof of god “creating” man and animals with deliberateness rather than a point of contention challenging the narrative of religions like Christianity. Idk it’s just interesting to think maybe nature and the earth as a whole has a self regulating consciousness rather than millions of random systems of biological homeostatic checks and balances and process for development.

@@STEAK762 haha idk if you’ve ever seen A “Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy” but they ask a super computer for the ultimate answer to the universe and after years it finally finishes calculating and says, “42”. I feel like there is an ultimate answer that ties religious beliefs together with science and persisting philosophies and kind of proves somehow the archetypes and teachings in many religions based on scientific principles or historic events. But you’re right, everything is related in one way or another.

Anabolic steroids have permanent benefits by forming more nuclei in the muscles, which are permanent. When you stop steroids, the benefits end, but not fully. You will permanently be more capable of increasing mass and strength, though not as much as when actively using

I didn’t know my inhaler was a steroid. I don’t have asthma though. The heart and lung hospital diagnosed me with reactive airway disease because it’s not asthma but shared symptoms with that and other respiratory issues. For me it feels like a thick smoke in the back of my nose. I’ll start swallowing and gasping at first then it’ll gradually get worse. Edit: swallowing is automatic for me. I don’t know why I do that when I can’t breath. It’s completely automatic and I have zero control over it
