A good exercise, but after it you should definitely add a massage or shaking your legs. Also, I advise everyone to try walking up the stairs backwards.

I really do on many occasions walk up the stairs backward (when no one is watching) it looks a bit ridiculous BUT if works magic!

Try lunges while walking up stairs. It adds a lot of variety.

I’ve tried doing walking lunges in the curtsy lunge style also. I like how they hit my glute medius more
