It turned out that 2-3 eggs are the optimal daily dose. Here are the results of recent studies on the most incredible benefits of chicken eggs for our bodies. Don’t like the plain taste of eggs? We prepared a little surprise for you as well.

SUMMARY:
- If you eat 2 eggs a day, your body will receive enough of choline. Choline deficiency leads to a memory decrease.
- New research shows that chicken eggs are rich in lutein. This substance is responsible for clear and sharp eyesight.
- Scientists found a way to increase the amount of vitamin D content in eggs by feeding chickens special supplements. Vitamin D helps calcium better absorb and strengthen your bones and teeth.
- Biotin, vitamin B12, and digestible nourishing proteins contribute to the strengthening of hair and skin. And phospholipids contained in chicken eggs promote the elimination of toxins from the liver.
- Despite previous opinions, new research has shown that cholesterol from eggs is balanced with phosphatides, so it’s not harmful to your health.
- American scientists came to the conclusion that if you combine a low-calorie diet with eggs for breakfast, you lose weight twice as quickly.
- Choline, which is so necessary to the brain, also reduces the risk of cancer. According to the results of a recent study, for women whose daily diet in adolescence included eggs, the risk of developing breast cancer decreased by 18%.
- B vitamins also take part in the formation of sex hormones. Vitamin B9 has another name: folic acid. 1 chicken egg contains 7.0 micrograms of vitamin B9.
- This one is evident from the research conducted by Dutch scientists: the aging process slows down. In 87% of women from 35 to 40 years old, age spots disappeared and skin lifted.

Honestly it bothers me how many "scientific studies" show so many different results about food. Eat a balanced diet, not too much of this or that and you should be fine. There's so much conflicting evidence. Just stick with natural, unprocessed foods, don't overeat and balance your meals.

Excellent point! When it comes to eggs, many of the 'research' is funded by the egg industry. A common method is to fund a study that involves giving people with very high cholesterol eggs. When their cholesterol is taken, it's found to have NOT increased. Therefore the conclusion is 'eggs do not raise cholesterol', which is commonly quoted by those who eat eggs and read the mainstream press, which is where these studies are published.

WickMist they read blogs and articles written by the egg industry, go onto pubmed and type in eggs and cholesterol. They increase cholesterol in healthy ppl. Any article indicating they dont, uses the egg board funded research of using unhealthy ppl w high cholesterol, since high cholesterol is affected less by eggs than normal cholesterol.

Been eating 3eggs a day for 2-3years I didn't realize before, but my eyesight did improve, and survived despite the countless hours in front of screen each day. Specially during lockdown. And I do look younger, but problem is I'm a teenager and now I feel like I look like a kid compared to my friends. And the rest didn't happen for me. But I'm sure my hair growth will spike, my skin will become more beautiful and my memory will become larger than a Walmart warehouse. Thank you so much for everything 💖

Nice video. Keep in mind that with any scientific study there can be confounding variables. For example, one study may show a "smaller" procedure is safer while another study shows a "larger" procedure is safer. Both are statistically significant. Which one is right? Both! There are additional variables that are more important or modifying.

Okay y'all let me break it down for ya. My family is from El Salvador, where all they really have to eat are eggs and tortillas with fresh cheese, sour cream and beans. These people consistently live into their 90's and since a lot of them are poor, they continue on working along side 20-40 year olds. So are eggs really that bad? I think not.

Do not eat eggs from the supermarket. Get your own chickens, treat them well, protect them from harm. They will reward you with endless entertainment, education, and sustenance. I have three chickens in my back yard and I have a surplus of eggs with a three person family. I give the surplus eggs away to my neighbors and my Dad who is 80 years old and still works as hard as any young man today. I have seen all three of my chickens run across the yard to catch snakes and mice. Chickens are a gift. I recommend Black Australorps because they seem to be quieter and more amiable to human contact than other breeds I have experience with.

So I started eating eggs everyday after my husband and moved in together because of his love of breakfast. It change my digestive system so that I am regular and apparently stops inflammation which I didn't know I had until I just started exercising this month and cut down on the eggs. Now I have CCA in the middle of my head. Eggs are the only thing that I cut down on since March 1st so finally using deductive reasoning I realize that has to be the problem.

Another great recipe is baked potato and eggs for brunch. Bake the potatoes. Cut in half and scoop out some of the filling to make a well for the eggs. Break the eggs and put them into the scooped out part of the baked potatoes. Now, broil the potatoes/eggs in a 350 oven until the egg is done to your liking...!! Add salt and pepper and some cheese if you like and garnish with dill or rosemary...!! Enjoy...!! You're welcome..! ;D

Then in this next video they talk about all the wonderful things eggs can do it we eat them. I'm starting to notice Bright Side having several videos where they contradict the info they present in other videos.
