As a die-hard metalhead, I must congratulate you on your excellent narration. Technique sounds poor though, gonna blow out your voice if you're not careful. 😉 Also, I know it was more for fun and less for science, but it seemed like impact location had a huge effect on cord decapitation. The match seemed to be decided according to how much meat was left on the end of each line at the site of impact (the "noodle juncture"), which affected the amount of noodleage (and, therefore, strain at the bend radius). I'm not sure though, just speaking as someone on the internet who watched the video one time.
