A couple of months ago I - rated 1584 right now, and probably around the same back then - got matched against MBL on the Ladder. When I rewatched the game on MBLs stream I found out that the vils I was able to kill with my knights were actually fed to me on purpose so I wouldnt resign. The game ended with Korean Keeps everywhere in between my farm eco, sourrounding my starting TC.

As a 1500+ rated player, seeing the level difference between a player at the pinnacle vs a player in the top 5% of RANKED players is just awe inspiring. Someone who can beat 95% of all other ranked players (and likely almost any unranked player) getting absolutely demolished (playing extremely well the whole time) just shows that there's some serious levels to this. Serious recommendation: on quiet days like this, you could play (under a different name) with your left (non-dominant) hand instead. It should benefit your right hand as well (shown by countless neuroscientists), might train you otherwise (as you can't rely on your 500 APM anymore) and would definitely entertain your viewers...

tbh , that's way TOO Good for a 1.6k player , prbly the best 1.6k I've ever seen so far , no cap. Sure , he's been messing up a lot like the deer luring interrupt and sheep stolen (also the game would be a lot different if those food wasn't stolen) , u could easily tell that his apm is far behind , but he's doing dame good at decisions dealing with scout pressure while reaching castle. The key failure is that he went for pike instead of knight once he reach castle , that's the only bad call he did , and losing is the price. Prbly been too nervous facing one of the top rank players , he would still got a chance if he goes knight. but again , still impressive for a 1.6k player.
