Beast you're a legend. I'm always astounded by your feats and your perseverance to complete them. I am in my 40's and began having health issues related to high blood sugar back in 2021. It started with weight gain, then I noticed I was getting dry elbows. Next came sleepiness after eating and dry mouth. Finally I ended up having a health scare that led me to change my diet and exercise routine. Not saying this to scare you or to judge just that in this video I saw some things that concerned me. For the record I will continue to enjoy your vids no matter what you do. Please always take care of your own health first and we'll be here for whatever adventures you go on next.
