What happens when Metals react with Water || in Hindi for Class 10

In this Chemistry video in Hindi for Class 10 we explained one of the chemical properties of metals. We discussed on how metals react with water. Reacting with water metals produce metallic oxides and hydrogen gas. If those metallic oxides are soluble in water, they further react with water to produce metallic hydroxide.
Metals like potassium and sodium react violently with cold water. In case of sodium and potassium, the reaction is so violent and exothermic that the evolved hydrogen immediately catches fire.
The reaction of calcium with water is less violent. The heat evolved is not sufficient for the hydrogen to catch fire.
Magnesium does not react with cold water. It reacts with hot water to form magnesium hydroxide and hydrogen.
Metals like aluminium, iron and zinc do not react either with cold or hot water. But they react with steam to form the metal oxide and hydrogen.
Metals such as lead, copper, silver and gold do not react with water at all.

@@lakshya__gupta thankyou very much , but the exam was not as I was expecting , if I talk about paper then that was so easy and I have done only 2 mistakes , but that was not the problem, the problem was I think there is a very scam going in most of the school , in our exam centre one teacher suddenly came and told that leave the paper don't fill omr for any questions , at that time I think he will told us to fill in last 15 minutes but he didn't come and when we are going home from bus he was telling that these thing must not be leaked other wise you all know wht will happen , and so on Sala itna hope ke saath exam dene gye the ki board exam hai par ye log sara motivation hi khtm kr diya ab to lagta hai ki chhor du sab tyaari , pr mera ek dost jo kisi aur school me jata hai uske yaha bhi same yhi hua hai , I think jab tak ye sara omr sheets cbse ko pahunchega usse phle jitna time rhta hai usme hi ye log sab krlega , cbse ko jaisa har baar hota tha jisme exam centre khi aur bheja jata tha whi Krna chahiye tha par iss baar school me hi exam krwa diya
