Your incineration and crematorium products burn way cleaner than what I’m used to must be a unique secondary burner design? Most medical/animal incinerators and crematoriums I’ve seen smoke like a tire fire! Or tyre in uk English. Most I’ve known make clouds of thick black smoke and they still have afterburners! You must be using some futuristic technology! Truly leading edge!

What kind of air pollutants would this cause? Super neat either way.

Hi all Addfield incinerators are designed to have minimal impact on the environment. As such the waste is incinerated in the primary chamber initially following that all of the gasses and smoke passes into a secondary chamber where it is burned at 1100 degrees centigrade which then destroys any smoke, odours or pollutants. When the process is complete only cleaned flue gas is returned into the environment. For certain wastes and installations, we do also have a range of advanced filtration systems available.

Pls how is it powered?
@Addfield3 жыл бұрын
Hi Kevin. Thank you for your question. The MP machine as seen in the video and all of the machines we produce can be powered by a wide range of fuels. The burners are most commonly installed to use Natural Gas, LPG or Diesel for fuel, however we are also able to supply these to be operated using HVO biofuel, Kerosene and even waste oil. All incinerators also need an electricty source to power the control panel and fans which, help control the heat, this is generally provided by mains electricity or via a diesel powered generator. For some macines we are able to supply the electicty requirements with solar panels. If you would like more information and even pricing on these machines I would recommend that you email sales@addfield.com and our expert team can help you further.

Does it satisfy en 746-2 2010? No visible smoke. But, we know that there are particles that are invisible but harmful to human life. How does your machine address it . See www.med-tec.nl/int/files/downloads/01_Brochure%20needle&safe%20waste%20Incinerator.pdf Your explanation is much appreciated.

Is that all you burn at a time? Seems like a waste.
@Addfield5 жыл бұрын
Hello Tom. The MP range is used to safely destroy a wide range of hazardous medical waste and not just syringes. It is used as an example in this video to highlight the effects of incineration in the disposal of solid waste. These machines are commonly installed globally in medical centers and hospitals to destroy all of the hazardous waste generated including biological waste, dressings, medicines etc. If you want more information on how medical waste is treated please visit our site www.addfield.com where you will find some case studies and blog articles. Thank you.

A small puddle of metal?
@Addfield7 ай бұрын
Actually no, the incinerators do not achieve the temperatures required to melt the metal, (that would be a different solution). However once incinerated the remaining metals from the incineration is safe to dispose of. Thank you.
@certified_boylover_8 ай бұрын
what happens to the metal ?
@Addfield7 ай бұрын
Thank you, the metal is not melted but it is heated to such a degree that it is safe to dispose of without posing any form of health risks.

@@Addfield this was my question when thinking about how hospital sharps are processed. The puncture proof container would melt away. The needles would still pose a health risk from a puncture even if they are not carrying infectious agents. Do you just shovel the sharps out when you clean the ashes? How are they disposed of after incineration process?

I was about to say is this like return of the living dead when ernie burnt the body in the chamber thing and smoke went up in the air and trioxin 2,4,5 turned into acid rain and the dead rose up in the cemetery lol
@Addfield Жыл бұрын
Thankyou for your comment, however if they had invested in an Addfield incinerator thanks to our two-second retention time in the secondary chamber no smoke or Trioxin 245 would have made it through and therefore no raising of the dead. Would have been a much shorter and less interesting film then I guess. 🙂
