devs just follow this advice : focus on quality and optimization more than quantity of infection types. like for example sculk only has below 10 infection types but their favorite for many people (like me) for their clever mechanics and ai. they pull of so many unexpected victories in battles because of that and that's why people love it. you guys can improve too

The"incoming"from spore means that a calamity that before it targets you,but there is something that is way more dangerous than the player(like the sculk),so it fight first the obstacle(like sculk),than once again target you,the message will appear

The final battle was wonderful. The sheer amount of destruction, tactical moves each infection did to take down the others... That was enjoyable. =) A shame the lag is an issue. Also, I couldn't get a good read on the flesh mod's decisions. Usually some infections have a "pattern" of decisions, but here, it looked like they tried to spew a lot of mobs and hope it finds something to kill.

yeah unfortunately the abomination is very primitive in its way to reproduce and attack, the spore is way more complex.

The infested construc is a mob from spore when an Iron Golem die to mycelium infection,leaving the corpse, infected can enter the golem to control it,and of there is a dispenser,it put on it's left shoulder and shoot projectile

I feel like the first infection battle wasn't really fair for Spore. The equivalent of the injector is the proto hivemind in my opinion, and mounds are quite slow to grow in contrast to Abomination mobs. Very nice video! I understand that this lag problem is annoying, but if you do another video with Abomination it would be nice to see the mechanisms of the parasitic mother (and father). Those are the true bosses of Abomination.

Was likely spawning so many Howitzers since they are considered air support, due to their bombs essentially being anti-air. Also that Phayres picking up the Infector was a Kidnapper variant, so that's why it could do that.

I think I can safely say that the Spore infection is my favorite. I just love how there is variety in the mobs and yet they all feel unique, its aesthetic is memorable, and it is a challenge.

I’m pretty sure that the abomination lag of the flyers is caused by their tick update, it’s a geckolib issue. I think that changing the tick update to give the entity an effect that does what the tick update would normally do would fix the lag.

There are too many infection mods now. To be honest, most of them are unoriginal, unoptimized, poorly made slop. Just like dweller mods.

@munumyname4047 effort is subjective. From the gameplay perspective it's not good enough. Frankly, not even close to the quality of Sculk horde or Spore. To put it straight, not playable in survival; only to mess with in creative. Or were you talking about the dwellers?
