Yeah, I used to love just scrolling down your list of old videos and listening to one at random in the morning. It was always a great way to get some inspiration and nuggets of wisdom to think about and improve my day. I get that you’re getting rid of your 80% to go for your next 10x, but it wouldn’t have costed you anything to leave all that great content available for people who were still enjoying it, and still wanting to share it with young people who need to hear it, and hadn’t discovered it yet… I feel like you prevented 10x more people from hearing your message in the future! 😢

You were one of my key mentors of this year, seeing you hungry to still keep Leveling up and growing into your future self is a good thing. This may be your most potent video yet! I joined AMP Gold Summer of 2021 and just before you released the video about leaving YT I also finally figured out how to cut the 80% and concentrate on the 20%. For me the 20% is my YT channel all about uncoventional Healthy Living Strategies. I am probably keeping the old videos up, but the new ones will be much better. I entered Monk Mode Sunday night till the end of February to do the Deep Work of improving myself and channel. So I am tracking along the same pathway, Thanks for teaching it to me! I look forward to more deep videos on this channel and will start filming mine soon.

Also, your candid assessment of your reaction - and how you might handle it differently in the future was also appreciated . Again, you are incredibly transparent and helpful. Honestly? Thanks for such a personal and humbling explanation. You owe none of us this, however, once again I feel as though I learned such a good lesson as you described your collaboration with Dan Sullivan. It happens to everyone when starting out. We all get screwed by those who have been there longer or have better lawyers. But in the end, we learn so much from them and our mistakes and go on to be even better for it.

Good would be to have some examples how 10x worked, had led to results, also compare with the numerous cases 10x was actually a disaster, not serious. I understand 10x is a prerequisite, but is not sufficient.

Fundamentally weird business decision… I get that you want to focus elsewhere, but why hurt your brand reach and also alienate loyal followers by deleting videos? Seems like an overly prideful and self-focused decision. Too cut and dry. Too cerebral.
@Faraz_khan018 күн бұрын
Benjamin Hardy single handedly destroyed his brand over information greed. You just could've stopped making videos and not deleted all your hundreds of video and still would be gaining new audiences and readers for your books. It just seem so silly from a business and marketing perspective and such a naive blunder. It not only hurt your chances of gaining more new audience but also hurt the audience you already had.
