What happens when you catch a player's 1st home run? (Citi Field)

You're at Major League Baseball game. You snag a home run ball in the bleachers. Stadium security tells you that the player wants it. THEN WHAT???
This was a single-admission doubleheader at Citi Field, and my goal was to catch a home run. That's often my goal, but I knew that the odds were much better on this particular day because of how empty the stadium would be.

Never caught a home run, never sat out there. I did catch a foul ball once at Petco Park, gave it to a little boy about 8 years ago sitting near me. The look on his face was priceless. Made my day and probably his too. People sitting next to me said that was an awesome thing that you did. My response was, I was just wanted to do the right thing. Actually it made MY DAY.

Are used to love going to Yankee Stadium I was 14, 15 and 16 years old, and getting there right when the stadium opened up during batting practice, and being the first one there and getting 2 to 3 balls before the game started. That was lotta fun. But when I got to my late 20s I realize that these balls are not really doing anything sitting around in my house, so I gave them all away to kids in my neighborhood and to children that I worked with and Taught.
