You should have known that wouldn’t work, the laser can’t read the disk with fingerprints on it, how is it supposed to read it cut in half? It can’t read across the cracks, no matter how you cut it.

I think Homefront works on the Xbox one even if it doesn't work but I think since you cut it in half it won't work. My friend has a copy of The Orange box that has a ring on the disc yet it still works.

This is why I hate physical games after years of in and out of the case or let in the machine it wears the inner ring out and it fucks up the game I luckily had a gears of war 2 game that still played with cracks and chunks of plastic missing it still runs but again it will never last like taht forever digital files last forever

ive only had one interesting thing happen with a very scratched disc and it was left 4 dead 2 I remember putting it in and the background of the main menu was purple and green and when i loaded up dead center of the first map there was a square against the wall above the table of medkits and weapons and that was pink and black
