Time to break out the Apple Cider vinegar. It works very good for yeast infections and is very cheap 1 gallon jug is about 4 bucks. I treat my dogs with it all the time just do 50/50 with warm water and sponge the affected area.

I feel for your goofy little family and I’d like to offer some suggestions to help. If the boys still get occasional cheese snacks I’d advise stopping cold turkey for awhile. Cheese has good bacteria but it also is loaded with yeast and will make their infection worse. Also it may be advisable to boost the sulphur rich foods in their diet. In humans sulphur kills harmful organisms and inhibits yeast growth. So the garlic in low doses should help and the existing broccoli you feed them too. Keep us updated though.
