Rejecting the hoover is the most wonderful feeling. You have all the cards, and you can remind them of what they are. The best thing you can do with the hoover is make them admit their mistakes. They won't bother you anymore after that, cause they can't be put in that impossible situation

It was lovely walking and talking with you Dave. You are right. I would NEVER answer a hover. I found you in 2019, when my ex left our 32 year marriage for a girl who came to date our son. I had lost 3 family members not long before and it was brutal. I was severely trauma bonded after getting together as teens and knowing only him for40 years. Now, I am well. Days go by and I never think of him. Our sons rarely hear from and never see their father by his choice. But they, too, are healed. After two years I began dating again. I met a wonderful man and we love each other dearly. He is a Christian too. God has been so merciful and present in my life. I used to stop in my tracks and pray with you whenever you included that in your shows. So, just wanted to let you and anyone who is suffering right now that it does get better. We do heal. You may not think it’s possible, but all things are possible through God the Father. Be well.

How long did it take you? It was 4 months on May 3rd. Things are much better but still feel like I might be trauma bonded ugh! I haven’t been hoovered and it bothers me it’s horrible I feel that way!!! 😭

I would say, after the length of time he and I were together, the unnecessarily brutal way we split and the alienation from everyone on his side that had been my extended family…about a year and a half (Divorce took 9ths.) I too, didn’t get a classic Hoover. He would drive by my new home on occasion. In my case, I knew he couldn’t be alone. He went from his parents to me to his mistress. He busied himself to avoid facing the reality of what he’d done. That’s fine with me. He could not even look at me in the face out of shame . He knew everyone now knew what he, his mistress and family had done. That is a burden they have to carry. I no longer wish to share in that grief. I remembered myself! I was always stronger and have proven so. I know it’s hard to shift your reality from what you were used to. But once you realize that person who hurt you so should NOT be given control of your future, it becomes easier. I pray you are healing and maybe my words will bring you some comfort. There are so many lovely people in the world. Look for them and don’t be discouraged by those who have hurt you. Thank you for reading this long message. Be Blessed! Brighter Days lie Ahead!☺️

My ex attempted the Hoover. She said “I thought we could work on things” and I said “no thanks you showed me your true colours I’ve moved on hopefully you can do the same…”. (For reference me moving on does not mean a new partner it means focusing on myself and my kids). All she could say was “really!? See this is why I left you”. @@irstalina I’ve been doing okay. My divorce was final March 22. I already have my last name back also. I left the ex Narc on August 2nd, filed for divorce at the end of August 2022. The last time I seen him was in October. The last time I talked to him was the day this video came out. I ended up just hanging up on him. They will never change. They make everything sound so good and so convincing. It is like a drug addiction, but when that addiction has almost destroyed even my Family and Friends, and realizing I almost lost my own soul because of it. Know matter what, I will never go back. Don’t fall for the same tactics over and over. If you go back, it will be worse than it was before. He chose evil over God and His Wife and Our life. I was once very close to God until Satan sent him into my life to destroy that. I’m still working on my relationship with God. It will be even better than before because I realize this was all part of my training. It is now my season to rise up. May God Bless You Today And Always 🙏🏻💞🙌🏻❤️‍🔥🤍✝️

I'm not safe in any open area, yet, and was kept a prisoner by the abuser for almost a year.. soo trying to go from suite to car is a major issue/trigger on its own. I used to have to 'Duck and Run' to the car. I can now walk to it and I rarely 'duck'. My abuser wasn't just a narcissist, he it turns out, is a formally diagnosed psychopath. We had a child together and that is when shit got weird. I was with him for 9yrs before the child and I escaped. I have full custody and his parental rights were extinguished by the court. Police told him where the child and I moved to, exact address. We moved 3 hours away, (actually moved 4 times in the last 2 years) and are moving again in June. 🤪

I heard a minister say that people are trying to be competitive, by one upping everyone, oh i went theu this or that, oh but i went thru alot more. In old testament jacob agreed to work 7 years for Rachel, his father inlaw Rachels father, trick jacob into marrying leah his oldest daughter, change jacobs wages, then jacob work additional 7 years for rachel. His father inlaw on other occasions changed wages. He was a narssist. We post what we went thru to lift up our brothers and sisters from the fog of confusion. Being a victim of a narssist is like rape in everyway possible, in the old testament if a women did not scream when a man took her, she could be stoned, well I am scream to tell the whole church wake up or shut up. After this last weekend i refused to talk just wasnt interested at all she then started calling me ugly, insecure,etc ... My ex-narc was demanding I give her $300 for her father's medication that I discarded. Had it in my apartment since April 2022. He dies Sept 2022. Now in April 2023 she expected me to retain after our connection ended in Oct 2022. Then I realized - she gave me a Friday Venmo deadline - pay $300 or else! She was desperate for money for the weekend. That's all. There was no principle about her father. Probably time for her next botox shots.

I blocked his number. And have noticed since I did that I rarely think of him and that’s a good feeling. He annoyed me for two years with a text every two to three weeks after he left. We were together for 14 years and I saw him go through several friendships during that time. Now I get it.

Would you do a video on how narcissists treat and can discard even the only friends they have left? I recently witnessed this and it still boggles my mind.
