Welcome my channel! If this is your first time seeing my face or hearing my voice, my name is Lee and I am a self aware narcissist. I have narcissistic personality disorder ( NPD ) and I've been in therapy for my personality disorder since 2017 and it has definitely changed my life because without it, I would have lost everything.
The point of these videos is to help bring awareness from the other side of the narcissistic *buse spectrum. All my videos give perspective on why many narcissists do what they do and the possible different reasons behind them. The victims and survivors get validation and the Narcissists (those that are willing) get to see that you can get help and that you are not alone.

I believe this is one of the most important traits to understand about this personality. Once I realized he was holding a grudge because he wasn’t able to sway me initially with his looks and charms, once he did get to me-it was game on. You can’t win.

I.met a guy before the pandemic. I met him just once. He emailed me during the pandemic 4 years later and wanting to hook up..I blocked him on social media and blocked his phone too. He was getting obnoxious. He was 20 years younger. Good lordy. He must have hard up during the pandemic. I was staying home. I gained and lost 30 lbs now. I have 20 more to go...boy did I ever gain weight...lol!

I was in a relationship with someone else when I met my narc. I made it clear that I couldn't reciprocate his feelings, was completely honest with where I was emotionally. My narc pursued me relentlessly anyway, and when I finally ended things with my previous bf and began a relationship with the narc, he still wasn't happy. He accuses me now (almost 8 years later) of hurting him so badly, treating him like a chump, walking all over him back then bc I wasn't as interested in him at that point. He CHOSE to pursue an unavailable person and then punishes me once he got what he wanted. 🙄🙄🙄🙄

He held a grudge because I didn’t chase him the first time he ghosted me, I didn’t text him not once in 8 months. He came back love bomed me and brought me back to his life just to Triangulate me with another girl and he tried to do slight disses to my self esteem. I left him right quick. There’s more to it but I suffered and he came back to punish me.

Oh yes! The first time he asked me to be a formal serious couple (1 month since we met) i told him that it was too early (during that month he had tried to present all his friends and family so i tried to peace things a little). I received a lot of punishments at the same time he was LOVE bombing me. At two months time he asked for It again and i said yes, i had to try hard to show him i was implicated in the relationship but nothing was enough. After 7 months of being together he was still talking about that in front of the people until i said please stop It, i have demonstrate everything for you. And he stoped to do that, never repeated to talk about It but then he started the devaluation fase

Its quite interesting on how my narc stopped using facebook YEARS ago, matter of fact im quite certain he deleted it, ever since i cut him out a year ago, all of a sudden i get a comment from him on my feed, the funny thing is i dont even have him as a friend 😂😂 someone’s been keeping tabs on me i see, welp he can looking in the shadows cus i blocked his ass on every form of social media not to mention his phone number, have fun self destructing cus i sure as hell aint letting you drag me down with you, i love myself too much for that ❤❤

I cut off some guy I was dating who was a narascist, and incredibly toxic. He kept calling my phone up to a year and a half after we stoppped talking to each other. My theory is he ran out of women who would feed his narcissistic supply, and he also wanted to control the narrative. He never could be left feeling like the bad guy, so he kept calling and I never responded.

I got punish for having my kids from another man. That he wish he met before I have kids with him. And you would think it wasn't mean at that time for us to meet. But in his mind he holding a grudge and he hate my kids daddy why I choice to be with him but no he now have new supply in his life. His brother tell me how much he hate my kids daddy for what he have to be they're life and my kids are grown adults now still not over anything I said wrong or did to him til this day.

Oh my gosh YES! It took me Years to really 'See' this. I met the narcissist back in '05 when I cheated on my boyfriend at the time (long story but we started drifting when I realized the ex wasn't truly understanding my Epilepsy and what goes with it regarding finances and health coverage). I met the narcissist, but only got together about 3-4 times before I said I can't do this, I want to mend my relationship with so and so). Ran into him years later after that ex apparently left me anyway so we got together. He rambled that he always loved me, bought certain things as he was gonna ask me to marry him the night I ended it (🙄).... lordy. Obviously he's not who he was, lied about everything as a tool and going after his next victim pulling the Same Act. And of course I've seen him pull the other same thing, he loves her, always wanted a woman like her but she has been ignoring him recently (as she's already got a kid and her own man, I miscarried his kid and he rolled his fkn eyes! I Am Not exaggerating). But because she's ignoring him he's posted nasty things about 'toxic women hurt a good man' oh brother. He's hit on her over and over, she declined clearly stating she's with someone yet he somehow thought they were 'together' and she 'left him'. As what he did to me he's doing to his next victim. Man they got serious mental issues but truly need Help. Thank you
