Cold water clises the cuticle making it look extra shiny and more manageable. It also healthy for the scslp as hot water is drying

I do shampoo & rinse with hot water ,then conditioner & final rinse with cold water ,works great

I’ve been washing my hair with cool water n it’s made a huge difference. My hair is the longest it’s ever been, my color stays longer and it’s less frizzy

I am used to rinse my hair with cold or cool water, and I could tell that helps my hair to be stronger with less loss too. I do the so called "co-wash" everyday with cold water and it works perfectly!
