Said it many times and I’ll say it again. As United fan looking in on the situation, it was a horrendous call to sack Poch. He definitely struggled last season but towards the end of the season it finally clicked and Chelsea were starting to put performances together. It almost felt like even if city conceded they still would’ve won without any of their best players. Chelsea really needs some big name experienced players to lead by example. I've always felt big clubs even on their off days are able to beat smaller clubs simply by having big names which fills the rest of the team with belief. Imagine being a young player and having de Bruyne play alongside you. You'll be filled with motivation.
