I agree we have bought a worse team than the one the new owners bought. Quality of the squad is poor despite the HUGE number of players we have. Large quantity, low quality. The Sterling saga was perpetuated by Chelsea making a fool of themselves. And Rory, no manager, or Head Coach of any substance will come near Chelsea with the current owners. And you will say this about anyone who takes that position because they will all act the same way. It’s the only way to get the position. Poch left/was let go because he did what you wanted. Given they can’t sell the team for a few years it’s likely they won’t care about us being competitive until it’s time for them to sell us. Maresca says losing for this team is normal, that he is not expected to get Top4. And the deal for Sancho includes a clause about is avoiding bottom 6. This is the owners we have. The owners are devaluing the team and lowering the quality and their aspirations are garbage. I cannot stand what they are doing and hate the fact that they are doing the ‘shady’ business moves to stay within PSR. And their version of‘Trafficking’ young players for profit is almost criminal. I love the club but hate this ownership and their attitude towards the club/ players/fans.

Rory became so toxic in past few months, it's unbelievable to watch. Suddenly he doesn't know how team management works and keeps saying somebody is coward....I didn't want Maresca, I didn't want Poch either etc. But some has to admit that at this time Enzo Maresca is trying to build some system in very bloated squad and was given a lot of options and authority by the owners to do so. And if he thinks that Raheem doesn't fit in this system (and I massively agree on that) it's his power to deal with that. And so he did along with rest of management. I don't get where Rory got this idea that conducting managerial role in this way is cowardly. It's still also true that we shouldn't ever help Arsenal with any favors. But Rory is so much out of the reality now that he'll try to find any excuse for his toxic demeanors. Such a shame.
