My hubs and I got Dutch Brothers coffee as a date. That evening, the 4 of us ate candy and watched scary movies. Nothing fancy but memorable. Loved your footage at the end! I agree. Traditional red and green is the best.

Hi, Fiona! 🙋‍♀️ Thanks for sharing your reading week. I don't read a lot of pure romance books, but I do enjoy them occasionally. I started one recently written by a cozy mystery author I like, Jenn McKinlay. It's about a librarian who moves from the States to take a job in an Ireland bookshop. 📚 Your clips from a (Scottish) bookstore reminded me I need to finish that bookl😊 ('Love at First Book') I picked up four of Ellery Adams' 'Book Retreat' mysteries at a thrift store last month. Looking forward to reading them as I've heard lots of good reviews. I see you're about to start #9 in that series. What have you thought of it overall? ~ Kim
