sadly i don't think there are many female operators in the industry i think if that is what they want to do then they should go for it but i think many are discouraged from doing so. I'm glad shelby is doing this great for her! she seems like a quick learner and her heart is in it and she is not afraid of hard work she listens and absorbs the info and having Ron and eathan teaching her i don't think you caould ask for better teachers they are so patient and make it easier to learn

Yeah like the call where the guy is didn't slow down and move over and Trooper Travis Shepard took off after him and pulled him over at the next exit ramp that was so sweet and Ron was so excited to see him take off after him and get him wish I knew if he just chewed him out or cited him for it .

Great to see Shelby learning the tricks n' tips for her going it alone in the future from Ethan. Much respect for the old veteran. My father was in the 82nd Airborne during the Korean war. Thankfully, he stayed stateside as an instructor at the jump school and never saw combat. He and my mother are interred at a National Cemetery.

Ron has, probably, forgotten more about vehicles than most people will ever know! I just watched a video where he helped a tractor-trailer driver move the rear wheels forward to shorten the turning radius to get out of a tight area. I'm in my 50's and never knew they could do that!

Well Shelby got some training in today that is a good thing. 😊I used to do Towing years ago and did it well. I worked for my dad for years until his unexpected death in 1979 then I took over the Towing. 😊

Wow! I’m a fairly young guy and a longtime subscriber to the channel with great hearing! So I’ve come very used to hearing Rons voice. I had to put the volume up and listen carefully and listen again. I thought I was hearing Ron and witnessing Ron in action. Ron you must be very proud of your son Ethan and now Shelby for taking the responsibility from you when it comes to towing and recovery. Very respectful and kind professionalism was once again demonstrated here in this video. I love seeing Shelby gain more and more exposure and respect for her dedication to the towing & recovery industry. Im a former towing & recovery operator out of the lower upstate New York area. Great Job Ethan and Shelby! Ron, the apple really doesn't fall far from the tree. Ethan's voice sounds almost exactly like yours and he uses the same mannerisms when speaking and teaching. He really has been watching your every move, and learning intently. He has come a very long way from that 16 year old kid I remember that didn't seem all that interested in this type of work. He has grown to be quite the capable tow truck operator and teacher, just like his dad!! You must be dang proud of that boy!

It still amazes me how much you two sound alike (Ron and Ethan). I was several minutes in and realized I kept getting confused as to who I was listening to.
