I have to comment, the guy told you twice in his texts to move on, read between the lines. He stood u up twice. Didn't she listen to Steve "Don't let a guy tell you he doesn't want you more than once", but from her body language she is really into him so we have to understand. What I like is that Steve sees that he is a fool but he is creating the platform for her to see it for herself. Thanks Steve this is going to come in handy when I start to talk to my daughter about guys and dating.

No one is perfect. I believe in giving people second chances to get it right. I think the fact that he flew in means he may want to try and see if there is a real love connection with the young lady; they may have just met when his life was a little uncertain and he did say give him time to clean some things up. Sometimes when we are in the midst of a storm, we may not react "the right way" as we are dealing with our feelings while trying to make sense of it all. I'd LOVE to hear an update to see who things turned out. The hubs and I had some hiccups early on in our relationship...that was 28 years ago and counting :-)
