5:00 quick misconception I always have to correct: Running is good for your joints, not bad. As long as you slowly build up the distance. The people with best joints in their older age are all runners. But runners complain about their joints more than everyone else because it impacts them more, so we get a bias in our observations. The rest is good though, walking is great. Z2 running is basically trying to get the best of both worlds.

People really need to become more active. Take the stairs instead of the elevator, park a little further from the store entrace to get a couple of extra steps in, hydrate hydrate hydrate, these little things can make a big impact on you. You dont have to get a gym memebership to get into shape

If you generally like to work out but just aren’t in the habit, I found it really helpful when I made doing simple sets really easy. Remove the friction as they say. I accomplished this by getting a band set up on my most used door. I can easily do a few sets and that frequently gives me the boost to do more. When I’m watching too much KZbin, I made a spot to set up my device right next to it and keep watching while doing my squats and lunges and everything else. I have increased the number of sets I do per week exponentially. I’m getting little baby muscle definition and increased overall strength of course. Feels nice to be stronger

I heard on some video. That 1 hour of sunlight gives you about 20000 iu of Vitamin D. If you don' get a lot of sunlight taking 4000 iu not all at once in a day is a wise move. I have noticed a difference in a good way. I crave more milk now, which I attribute to the increased Vit D. I'm not a Dr. you do you.
