@@pratyushghosh1306 talking about INA trials, The committee formed for the defence of INA soldiers was formed by Congress Working Committee. Yes WW II was major factor for weakening of the British colony in India. But what happened to INA? Where were they during those 2 years? Most of the INA troops were captured, defected or fell otherwise into British hands during the Burma campaign by the year 1945 and by the time Rangoon fell in May 1945, the INA had more or less ceased to exist. There were also factions other than Congress and INA which contributed to freedom like the Muslim League's aggresive waves. But we'll have a long discussion if we keep on digging.

If Gandhi hadn't undermine netaji.. 1. We would have got freedom 5-7 years early 2. Netaji wouldn't have died in an accident 3. Wrong perception.. 1.Gandhi didn't undermine netaji.. both respected each other.. just their philosophies and beliefs were different..the point to be noted here is not that..the point to be noted here is both had the same mission and goal which is to end the tyranny of british and kick them out of our nation..I salute both netaji and gandhiji for their patriotism, sacrifice and determination... 2. We got freedom in 1947..Netaji resigned from Congress in 1939.. doesn't he need time to prepare and build an army to counter the British..So how was it possible to get freedom 7 years earlier.. 3. Congress or gandhiji were not responsible for Netaji's accident.. Congress and gandhiji were fighting against the British not Netaji... 4. The topic here is the sacrifices of our freedom fighters and the tyranny of British rule not the Olympics.. The Indian freedom movement got direction and motivation to fight unitedly in the initial years because of Gandhiji and Congress..so it helped Indian freedom struggle and not the other way..at one point netaji himself was inspired and joined Congress..why do you think it happened? It's because Gandhiji had the capacity to inspire, unite and mobilize the masses..it was natural that even netaji got inspired to join congress..of course I am not undermining Netaji's contributions.. .if someone had the caliber and charisma to motivate and build an army to counter the British, it was Netaji's and nobody else was capable of could have been successful in doing it... That's about our beloved heroes of our freedom struggle.. And we need to note that Netaji's 3 commanders in fact were Hindu, Sikh and Muslim.. so during that time it was not religion.. it was pure patriotism...But in today's scenario, political parties are preaching hate for political benefits just like the British did which is a dangerous trend and we should be alarmed about it..

All this story that gandhi liked netaji is all bs.. gandhi wanted to be a dictator in affairs of congress. To Give You full context We got independence because of several factors 1)labour party doesn't have any interest on keeping the colonies,, earlier party was keen to make to even making india as it's oversea territory just like France wanted to make Algeria as it's oversea territory 2) there is only loss we did not give any reason or did not give them a single way to again to rule 3) USA USSR forced britian 4) britian was too weak to control us 5) and Europe and it's political parties are divided to keep or to give independence because they are divided they didn't make aggresive steps

Technically it was Gandhi vs almost all freedom fighters. Veer Savarkar, Bhagat Singh, Netaji and other prominent freedom fighters always agreed upon sampurn swarajya and fight with weapons rather than ahinsa ( being napunsak ). They believed that if we don't die for freedom, coming generations will not understand the importance of freedom and that's what exactly happening. The way people behave, lack of civic sense, spitting, throwing garbage, not following rules, abusing our own culture etc, everything is coming from the fact that, those sacrifices we had made were kept hidden from us by Congress. They try hard and succeeded by selling the freedom by ahinsa nonsense and our privious generation keep wasting their vote for congress.
