Hell yea bro nice. I tie a mean loop knot to my glides, has never failed me and it allows for more range of motion like a snap does. Stay holdin it down for us AZ boys.

Hey I'm just starting to fish swimbaits. You really seem like you know alot about this. I was just gonna pick up a s waver 200. Wondering what hooks/split rings to use. I was thinking something like st-36 either 1/0 or 2/0 and for split rings owner hyper wire size 5. But I wanted ur professional opinion.

Helpful video! Good information for a lot of baits that need hook and swivel replacing right out of the box. Do you ever feel bad/worry about the quad tearing up the bass' mouths?

Sometimes those hooks do crazy damage but I know that fish can heal very fast, I would rather mess up a fishes mouth to guarantee that if I do hook the fish of a lifetime that it wont come off

The stingers also have different hook points. I prefer the needle point; the cutting point seems like it would rip rather than just puncture.

guth axor dude if u wanna blow their minds throw a Huddleston deluxe. I don't know what it is, big fish just eat the thing! this might be common knowledge so I apologize if u already know this. I would recommend rigging it 'butch brown style' to actually land what eats it. in so Cal that's how we rig em. they work! get a rof 5 throw it out and reel it in slow. it will get choked!

So I said fuck it n dropped $$$ on a daiwa z2020 black limited with a 7:1 gear!! Dude!!! Huge diff in working a glide bait. HUGE!!! I was trying it with my Calcutta d300 with a 5:1 before. Was having a hell of a time !! Put 80lb braid on the 2020 with a 25lb mono leader...how long a leader would you use on braid ? If any at all ?

Ironbound84 6-8 foot mono leader 25-30lbs to absorb some shock if you get bit at the boat or don’t want to rip the trebles out of a fish’s mouth
