6:30 100% buckwheat pancakes will always have a characteristic texture - you know, the nature of buckwheat :D I liked to add a less "sticky" flour (if you know what I mean) such as corn or rice to make them less dense and bit fluffier.

I love making chickpea omelette lately! Something I found that makes it even better is letting the mixture rest for 10-15 minutes before frying. Also, trying making 1-ingredient buckwheat crepes, I find that those turn out always the best.

hey girl! with the crepes, it looks like you put some sort of raising agent with it - i'm guessing maybe baking soda? that's perfect for pancakes but if you want to get the perfect crepe texture maybe try without it because you want them to be super thin! but it looks delicious regardless :))

I noticed you used metal for your crepes on the nonstick pan. There's a lot of disease-causing chemicals to make it nonstick and the metal can scratch it and make it go into your food. Please be careful and use a nonstick tool when cooking with it :) Great video btw!
