Such a fun video! I don't know if they still do this but years ago when I was in Madrid everyone used to go "tapas hopping" at the Plaza Mayor. Every bar had one tapa that was their specialty and you would make your way around the plaza having a drink and a tapa in as many places as you could get to over the course of the night.
