Late uthna initially advantage lage but long run me woh anytime disadvantage hi hai bcz isse himari mental n physical health bigadti hi hai Agar hume forcefully bhi jldi uthna padta hai toh usko as a blessing hi lo 🙏

Noo.. waking up late screwed my metabolism, digestion . Gave lot of acidity issues. I used to sleep at 2.30 and wake up at 10. Now I am struggling from past 2months to get my sleep cycle to normal sleep atleast by 12 and wake up by 9. Still struggling

@@LakshmiKamathVlogs I know but most of us have to reach our job early, we don't have time for even breakfast most of times, sleep late because you still have work, basically today's work culture isn't good for your physical or mental health either. But as she is a youtuber, she can wake up anytime and work whenever she wants. It's nice to be your own boss.

Ahhh i relate to ya 😂😂 i SOMETIMES COINCIDENCELY wake up early so i just simply have coffee , and tbh , i am literally Addicted to coffee and to the extent that My father took me to a doctor 🙂 and now i can't have coffee 🙂🙂

Everyone have their own challenges, just because you wake up late doesn't mean that you are being lazy ,I don't cook but I usually sleep around 2o'clock in midnight due to work and get up at o'clock noon, and then also really feel tired after sleeping good enough..

​@@neha2677that is because you sleep late and wake late. It is what it is. Victimization won't help just adjust your sleep cycle and work as well you will see the difference. My office required me to work even after office hours, the mentality was to work 6 days a week even if It's breaking my bone to death and saving the sundays but then I adjusted my work routine and shifted some tasks for sundays and did it consistently amd that helped get my sleep cycle back and now that complete my task given on time instead of piling it on I even find my days and sundays as bonus🎉. The world is huge with growing unhealthy amount of work and we can't change even one at times forget about all but atleast ours is in our hand just focus what you can do to shift that a bit. Hope it helps. I understand how draining it can be. Don't be offended, it is just a helping hand.

Shayad app apni family ke sath tehte ho to mummy log tab tak khana bna dete hai. Akele rehte ho to 11 baje breakfast kyoki subh uth ke hath pav nahi chalte itna kuch bnane ke liye😂😂 fir lunch 3 ya 4 baje fir dinner me kuch halka fulka kabhi kabhi breakfast heavy hai to zidha skip karke dinner hi hota hai🤣🤣

There's no point of having green juice if you strain the fibers,it will be just simple water after that.

No. You mean juice only have fiber. Lol. No. May be she's getting fiber from other items. Drained juice has vitamins, minerals, protein and carbs too if we add them.

@@varshanalawade45 But it also prevent proper digestion,as juice doesn't properly mix with saliva and other digestive juices,digestion will not occur properly.It will be thrown out of digestive system as it will be undigested.This is one advice my dr gave me.

I always woke by 6:30 for work will cooked the lunch and breakfast so when I come back by work I can just enjoy food. Wokeup early really saves your time and keeps you healthy.
