Sofia, Bulgaria is full of delicious food to try so I decided to do a full day of eating with breakfast, lunch, and dinner to explore the cuisine and local restaurants. The food was delicious, the restaurants and cafes were cute, the cost was a little different than expected.

Hi! The cafe I went to said it was a tomato and basil banitsa - I guess it is probably not the original banitsa. I will have to find a place that has the original.
