I love this. It’s is so helpful and informative especially with your background, degree and knowledge! This would be great once a week! I always love any recipe you do because they are healthy, you use a lot of vegetables and healthier ingredient and are easy to copy without being all fancy and expensive, they are relatable and easy to copy. I am always going back in your videos and copying all your recipes mostly due to your degree I trust you, this is also helpful in starting and maintaining a healthy lifestyle and great ideas for my kid as well as far as healthy meals and setting a good example with food and balance and starting him off with a good relationship with food as in healthy fats, carbs and even treats that you do, thank you for videos like this and your recipes

I admire how great Sydney eats! My daughter does eat fairly healthy but has her days where she refuses the vegetables or fruits we offer her. Could you do a video on good toddler meals? I know she mostly eats whatever you eat- but maybe some meals that were toddler friendly just for some more meal ideas lol! I never get sick of these kind of videos.

Hi, I do best on a low carb diet. I also have to watch my salt in take cause of high blood pressure, I like to watch on how much sugar I intake I don't have diabetes but, it runs in both my dad's side of his family and my mom had it too.

Oh man so this week for some reason they bagged two or three small items but then literally ALL my other groceries were just dumped in the crates. So I had my daughters cake candles and icing just tossing around in the back of our car on the way home 😬 I remembered to put my reusable bags in the car now after that experience lol

Knowing you have a nutrition background, I would LOVE to hear more about your opinion when eating whatever you eat whenever you eat it. Even a cake pop! I’m currently doing intermittent fasting (which is helping me not snack late at night once toddler is in bed), and I think it’s a good thing. I’m only doing 14 hours and it’s not hard AT ALL. But I’d love to know what you take in terms of vitamins, what were the big take away from your education?

Good work. You show some important things, like either the smaller size or the larger size can carry a higher unit price and we have to check that. The idea that juicing is not healthier than eating fruit with its fiber that aids digestion and the absorption of sugars is important. Great grocery haul. You included some great ideas for quick, fresh meals. Here's a request - with your talents and education can you do some healthy, tasty meals for all times of day that will be good for carboholics - meaning, if we're not going to give them up, how do we satisfy that.

I am trying to get healthy. I've been messing up the last week, but I have been working on cutting out added sugars (unless it's in a dressing or something). In the week and a half I was eating better I unbloated and lost weight that had been impossible to lose. I love that you showed meals as well! That's really difficult for me to wrap my mind around. My mom didn't really know how to cook do we ate a lot of frozen meals and not a lot of fresh hand made. So even if it's simple, it's nice to learn some meals! 😊Also thank you for the juicing info! I've never juiced, but I was definitely thinking of starting and it's good to know it's better to probably just eat my fruits and veggies instead 🙏😘 Also I love how you sit with Sydney sometimes when you eat 💕 Thanks again for the video! I'm so grateful I found your channel 😊

That's another favorite of mine 🥰🎉 I actually don't think I've tried fruit punch yet 😲 I have that one on my list to find now too! And thank you! I really struggle with sweets. It only happened after becoming a mom. 😅 I was pretty healthy and disciplined beforehand. Luckily my daughter actually hates sweets. I try to share them sometimes and she never wants it 😂 but I give her some humus or tomatoes and she's all over it. 🙌

I’m new to your channel, where are you located? Your the first person I have ever stumbled upon with a grocery haul from hannaford. I’m in NY that’s what we have here. 😊 I did the keto diet for 3 months lost 20lbs. But then saw a few side effects I didn’t like. So now basically eating the same way as you! Definitely need to find a way to not feel restricted. Also trying to fast. My first meal is usually lunch because I’m a snacker in the evening. Even if it’s a sugar free jello. I need something! I love pretzels and hummus to! Try hannafords everything hummus. So good!

Well, you never have to take Sydney to a Jungle Gym to play on because when you are making a video she IS your jungle gym! lol I also prefer non-juiced foods in general because I like texture. This type of video is my favorite. My second favorite will be when you vlog about dates you will go on. J/K because I imagine you will be close mouthed about those. Hey! Just don't tell them what your job is so they won't find you on YT & then give us the "skinny" on your dates, lol!
