that smoothie looked so good! I'm currently hungry a LOT, yet not on period and no working out NEARLY as much as I did during school. but I feel hungry even after I eat sometimes, even though I'm full...so annoying, I don't know what it could be as I'm eating plenty fat I think, maybe low on protein? :L

Veni Vidi Amavi that happened to me frequently in the early stages of recovery as well, it's normal. Personally, eating balanced meals with all the food groups (lots of carbs) meat,dairy, etc. has helped me to feel a lot more satisfied and full.

Veni Vidi Amavi eat when you're hungry! In recovery, you will get hungry because your body wants all the food it can get so it can fix the damage it's done!

@@JIHYODORANT yes! Thanks for asking, I have normal hunger cues, fixed my metabolism, enjoy food and eating out with friends, and love life. Honestly I know it sounds fake, but it does get better and I’m so glad I chose recovery!(: how are you? Are you going through eating disorder recovery currently?

Great videos! This is the 2nd one I've watched. I like how you don't follow a script and it's like an overview of your day and the food/eating that comes along with it. Someone told me to just eat "normal" instead of dieting or intuitive eating. The only thing is, I don't know what normal is. What is normal eating?? One real question I do have is, how do you tell the difference between being hungry and having a craving. My brain is fuzzy on that one. I really do my best to eat when I have hunger pains, but when I'm craving something specific, I can wait. I eat when I have either signal. I feel silly talking about this, but something got a little fuzzy along the way. Thanks again! Can't wait to watch more videos!

Hi, I wanted to ask you a question about recovery. I suffered from an ED about one year now and I am experiencing extreme hunger. I watched your and other KZbinr's videos about it but I am still confused: Should I really just eat and eat and eat when this extreme hunger occurs? Although I already am physically full?

Try eating more fats, protein and fibre. They keep you fuller for longer.

what does recovery means guys ? Not counting calories ,eating a cake when you are not hungry ?

hey, I don't know for sure as this is the first video I've seen of hers. But recovery normally means the recovery period after an eating disorder. Her method of doing so is through intuitive eating, which is where you eat when your hungry and stop when you are full. Hope this helps

For me i think Recovery means not punishing yourself and feeling guilty at all the foods you decided to eat.

i tried eating vegan but i couldnt my body regected that in a matter of seconds.
