I miss vegetables. I’m not sure why body react so badly to vegetables. Been on a low carb diet off and on for 3 years now and it suits me. I really believe chemicals in the foods are what is killing my body.

Make sure to get organic leafy greens and herbs as much as you can, and the clean 15 and dirty dozen lists help lots. I believe they are updated every year.
