The other important thing is, don't feel bad if you mess up the diet. Start again. Don't be afraid to learn new recipes, watch videos on how to cook. There is so much information now. Great job Wobbles.

white rice is better for health, especially because most brown rice has some level of arsenic in them, not to mention higher lectin content, so if you don't prefer brown rice, because of the taste go with white rice.

I've watched you on occasion for what feels like close to a decade now, man... I remember your beatboxing era, especially with the daily dropout over at colleges or something. Beatboxing uber. I know you've been through a bit throughout the last few years and I'm glad that you're doing good in life now. You definitely look good. I've just started going to the gym in an attempt to lose weight, but I'm still kind of struggling with the diet part, especially with life being busy. This video is inspiring and I appreciate how real you are and always have been, man.

It's interesting to hear you say how people have stopped caring about others since the pandemic, i agree 100%, i haven't heard anyone say it out loud but it's exactly what i have been witnessing in my life and online, but your handling it well. We just have to hope people in this world come around later, i think these extreme politics and insane non-stop hate and conspiracies is the cause for all this and i can only hope we eventually heal and get past all this

buying the proteins in bulk and using absolutely all of it is exactly what the average guy should do. can freeze them all and if you dont want to use sous vide you can put them in the fridge the day before you cook it or in cool water a couple hours before you cook it

As someone who's also doing the same thing, picking my protein, one side (sometimes no sides and just beef or chicken), i'm eating once a day, allow myself a sugar free energy drink or two throughout the day, lots of water, everything this man says is correct. I've lost 25kg's (55 pounds) since Feb just by eating my steak or chicken once a day and just going for a walk before or after work. If i'm really feeling the hunger i'll have some raspberries or a protein bar at lunch and that will keep me until dinner. I was actually very surprised at how easy it's been. Like Wobbles said though, it's literally you fighting your hunger. It's the hardest part. When you get those hunger pains or that slight sick feeling because your stomach is demanding food, just sit down for 5 minutes, take a breather, and it'll go away in no time. Think of it this way, that hunger feeling you get for that short moment is just your body starting it's engine to start consuming the energy stored in your fat. Once it starts consuming the hunger goes away, a minute or two will go by and you won't be hungry any more. Just take the time to notice when you're feeling hungry and just sit with it, drink some water, and continue your day. Good luck guys :)

V pleased that you found a system that works for you, and v well done for shifting the weight. IMHO tho, a person doesn't have to change much, nor buy any gadgets, in order to lose weight without ever feeling hungry - just alter what you eat (no refined carbs, more fruit & veggies & more lean protein), the portion sizes you eat (try using smaller plates), what times you eat (don't eat after 6pm...and even try skipping breakfast), and maybe how frequently you eat (more frequently, smaller portions). Me, personally, I ate 2 sensible meals a day - at around 10.30am & 5pm - at around 700 cals each...no refined carbs or processed bollox, & lots of veggies. And if I was hungry in between I'd grab a handful of nuts, or 3 or 4 seafood sticks, or a boiled egg, or a pice of fruit (try cutting up an apple, & mixing it with a blob of Greek yoghurt, with a sprinking of cinnamon). Try using "cauliflower rice" instead of white rice...or mash up some canned (i.e. cooked) chickpeas, instead - pulses (like lentils, chickpeas) r great!

I've been in the best shape of my life working out 6 days a week 3 hours a day at 210 up to 300 after tearing my calf when I couldn't walk for a year. Depressed, no gym ate like shit didn't care. I'm currently down to 240 not working out still but sweat, lift heavy and walk a lot at my current job, A LOT. My biggest problem is Alcohol, If I cut that Id be at 185 right now. Its the only thing putting me over an deficit at times. Reason why I'm posting is your diet is almost mine its crazy... Costco chicken, salmon, broccoli, brown rice. Costco lunch meat that isn't processed for lunch with that avocado mash instead of mayo. Mornings I do the Costco high protein yogurt and that's it. I have a couple of cheat days still with some fried chicken, pizza or sausages, have to cheat to feel happy. I'd love to add in your cooking method but for now tbh I just use my Ninja Air fryer, fast easy prefect with a crisp every time. If your not air frying Wobbles I highly recommend. Once you know the times for anything you cook its all perfection with very little time invested. Good luck to all in the struggle of weight loss. Best thing you can do is eat like he is saying and exercise, not drink and you will shed the pounds.

The belief that eating healthy is more expensive has been so confusing to me for a while. A while back, I was friends with a bodybuilder who ate over 5000 calories per day a few months per year and I realized he spent much less on food than I did. Though, I guess in those cases eating becomes more of a chore than anything, so they don’t care as much about taste or presentation, both of which might be more significant to someone with an eating disorder. The sous vide seems like a great idea to balance simplicity, taste and cost!

I have started going to the gym and how I lost most of my weight was just eating less, and I stopped eating anything sugary. It was really hard at first, but after not eating sugar for a while, now eating it makes me feel sick.

For me, i went from 225 down to 195 and trying to loose a bit more over about a year. the only real thing i changed is dropping all junk food, not eating late at night. I essentially just make sure i eat some veggies and some fish or chicken mostly and sometimes steak. I staying away from too much starches, sugar, refined stuff. also a huge thing, stop drinking sugary drinks like juices, soda, etc. juices from store is a joke, it's all processed to point where only thing left is sugar water, it's nothing like juicing your own stuff where you actually get the vitamins and all. but yea, i just eat raw food, stay away from sugar and too many carbs. Brown rice is great! I changed to brown rice too, i also if i need to eat bread go with whole wheat over white bread for the same reason. I have been doing sweet potatoes too, dude your doing nearly same things I am doing, it works. I also eat a ton of broccoli, luckily i love it and it's only like 10-15 min to steam cook and not destroy the nutrients
@AsAboveISoBelow6 ай бұрын
Yeah, honestly the only reason anyone should eat late at night is if it works for them while doing intermittent fasting, or if they're night-shift people, otherwise you're eating a big meal right before you knock out for the night, which encourages fat retention.
