You should add ginger and chopped tomatoes with a tablespoon of dried fenugreek to your lentil dhal and garnish with masala and coriander... the veg broth is then not needed and it’s absolutely delicious. I throw all of mine in the pressure cooker and it’s done in 20 minutes xx

Hi Annie just a tip with your breakfast you can soak your oats overnight with the water. My dietician gave me this tip as she’s trying to help me heal my acne. It helps by breaking the oats down that bit more before eating them so it’s even more gentle on the digestive system. Loved your video & hope you are well xx

I love your what I eat in a day videos. You make healthy eating looks so simple, delicious and pretty! A note about the Chia seeds which you probably know already but maybe most people don't: you are supposed to activate them by soaking them in water for at least 10 to 15 minutes so that they are digestible. You're not getting the full benefits of the chia seeds if you just sprinkle them dry like that.
@veganmagic8196 жыл бұрын
yes its the same with nuts, soaking them in water gives you even more nutrition :)
@louv13596 жыл бұрын
Yes, chia seeds need moisture to expand...you could also stir them in the oatmeal the last 5 minutes of cooking and they will expand as well.

Hi Annie! Out of all the videos you make on your channel, these are my favourite as I am a vegetarian/vegan myself and I often struggle to find quick recipes. Thank you for continuing to put in so much work and effort into your videos for us XO

After you have added all the water for the soup , If you add a little drop of olive oil at the end it all comes together better! That’s how we do it in Greece 🇬🇷

Hi Annie what do you eat when you have cravings in the middle of the day? I tried with fruits but they don’t satisfy my hunger
@veganmagic8196 жыл бұрын
I guess you mean cravings for sweet things? do you eat enough carbs (wholefood)? I usually get cravings when I don't eat enough. If I still get cravings I like to make myself a selfpressed juice or smoothie, which always helps :) you could also eat some dates. but I guess you just need to eat more of the right foods if you say, you got hunger. ;) don't restrict yourself, if you eat the right food and stop right when u are full, you are perfectly fine.

I also love eating foods that fuel my body so I’ve been into nutrition for a while. I’m wondering why you peel your carrots because the skin is said to also have great nutrients as well. Maybe you could explain in a future video about what foods you like to peel and why. XOXO.
