Love these videos Brent, thanks for contributing to the knowledge base. I’m trying to picture the mechanics of this. Are you literally dropping a 600 foot line? Or if not, how do you pitch it out while remaining on TRS and still end up topping out? It must be the former, right?

Stay tuned! A longer video showing an effective way to rap in with a 200m static rope is coming soon

Do you have any thoughts on using the TAZ Lov for TRS?

Thanks for sharing! What water bottle + cap is that? Looks like a good solution vs flimsy Nalgene cap

That is the CapCap+ on a HDPE nalgene.. it's great!

I'm not sure where it is, but it's not the black. My guess is somewhere in Arizona

Does anyone the know the brand/model of tag line?
@dutch123456789102 күн бұрын
Looks like it might be the Beal back up line. Otherwise it's some unreleased Edelrid prototype as they do carry a few of similar patterned ropes as half and single ropes
@brentbclimbs2 күн бұрын
It is the 5mm Beal backup line. EDELRID has a 4mm line in the works that I'll likely switch to once out as it still grips in a Spoc/Traxion and is super light
