Aizawa is great teacher. His point here was that if you can only hit once and think that someone else will save you in the end. You wouldn't be a hero. You need to stand up to that so later on you can face the op villians that are out there.

Well you were a little unfair with Aizawa there, I mean yes his words may have bean rough to Midoriya, but He was speaking the truth, he didn't want Midoriya to injure himself to the point where he could not move and forced him to find a solution. Been a hero is dangerous and not for everybody he don't want to send kid to their death

@@NubSlayerXD well since in his eyes midorya has had all his life to train his quirk and yet he still can't handle it. So to him it seems like midorya didn't train hard enough

@@NubSlayerXD He could've also been saying this for the whole class in general. Even though they seemed to not hear him. Aizawa has lost someone before because of the fact that they didn't realize how much trouble they were in. He's harsh, yes. But that's literally the point, and in this situation, it's exactly what Izuku needed, just a little tough words/tough love to make him realize what he needed to do to keep from hurting himself more than how he would if Aizawa didn't stop him.

Aizawa is the best, he wont let kid with no potential get kill or badly injured because they weren't ready, if he was bad, he wouldn't had let him try again, Izuku had to prove he's ready and he did and Aizawa was so proud

Can you please be less judgmental on characters, aizawa was rational and showed him reality that this is not a joke, people's lives are involved in this, which helped deku to think about stratergy otherwise deku was ready to break his whole arm.

I was really judgemental on Aizawa on this episode as well, I hated him only in that episode and I thought he was being a total jerk, but in the next episode he was alright and he’s one of my favorite characters, so it’s ok to be judgemental on characters if you don’t know them at first and something triggers you, sure he was trying to help Deku but it’s kinda hard to see that at first. Thank you for pointing this out, but you could have thought about the way he put it a little more

It’s interesting seeing everyone’s reaction to Aizawa because it’s always the same. They like Deku and they don’t like Aizawa being mean so they ignore the fact that he was 100% correct. If your super power only lets you attack once and then renders you unable to fight then your only chance is that someone else can help you. And in a real fight that’s not always an option. And how was he supposed to train in school if he had to go to the nurses office after every exercise.

i find this episode to be extremely plot holed, i mean, midoriya has a SIX PACK and MAD BIG MUSCLES. yet he somehow lost to.... invisible girl that could not even do one pull up????????? it just doesnt make sense to me
