Dude i am proud of you guys ! As someone that spent half my life in a kitcgen as a Sous & Executive Chef. I watch you go from your little kitchen at home to this commercial kitchen thing and you guys are doing great hang in there it's tiring. I can remember being in the kitchen for 14 15 16 hours a day and being in tears by the end of the day. You guys got this You guys got this !!!🎉

Just watched the latest neeme vlog and he finished the session up $5K. Decided to check out one his early vlogs and it has him and Trooper (2 Vegas vloggers), meeting for the 1st time, 8+yrs ago, in an airport, in NYC - pretty nostalgic to see how time changes all of us and how we change with time. I guess it is good to have that "retrospective moment of clarity" when the year is coming to its conclusion. Damn, we're getting old, and life is fast - 40 years up and 40 years down. Gotta add, that at least we are living in interesting times!.Be well everybody and happy holidays.

U GUYS SHOULD HAVE SEVERAL TRAYS OF A LOT OF SUPER TINY FREE SAMPLES with toothpicks in them of the different major sweets u produce so that people can taste how good they taste and buy some on the spot. Similar to the way Costco has a free samples station of a food product so people can taste it and buy it at the same time.
