The thing I like about Logan is that he has so much respect for Asian cuisines. He also has been interested in it and making recipes from Asia for his whole life. So he is very rare on social media since right now a lot of KZbinrs are just making Korean food for clout since a lot of it is trending. You know that with Logan he actually likes the food he’s making and has liked it for a large part of his life.

I agree. Even a couple years ago, asian food wasn't that popular and even made fun of. But now that it's trending, I see so many KZbinrs and influencers eating these foods. Lol the people that used to make fun of these foods are now "hyping" them up cuz it's trendy and quirky. But I don't really get that vibe from Logan which I appreciate

As a Filipino, I grew up cooking without measuring out ingredients (as my parents taught me), so it's great seeing others cook like this as well. Will definitely try out all the different kinds of kimchi that you've made as well as your other recipes!

Logan you can eat the yellow zucchini blossoms as well!! They taste so nice just lightly fried in a pan with a tiny bit of garlic and olive oil, salt and that‘s it! In Turkey we eat it like that in summer a lot! 🥰

we also stuff it w seasoned and soaked rice, place it in a way it will stay very still (or else the rice will escape) and boil it (you will understand it better if you watch some turkish dolma recipes and see how they cook it.). we usually season it w onion, garlic, tomatoes, pepper paste, lemon juice, black pepper and salt

Whenever I make tteokbokki, I put dried kelp and dried anchovies in the broth to give it a nice flavor! I found it off a recipe but that makes it taste so goood!

To help with the charring when it come to the grill, at home depot, or your local hardware store should sell a metal bbq scraper for the access char that can happen when grilling. If the hardware store sells grills or, you find a place that sells grills, you can just get a scraper there and it lasts a good 3 weeks to 4 weeks if you grill almost on the daily.
