it’s better not to eat breakfast because the body has time to digest and heal when you eat less frequently. There are so many more benefits of intermittent fastingt which you could look up if you want. Also oatmeal is not healthy at all because it leads to insulin fluctuations and many terrible diseases. And it does not keep you full because the body always turns carbs first in energy so they get digested very fast. But the body takes really long to digest fats because they are harder to digest so you logically stay full longer. Before eating no carbs and high fats l had to eat 3 meals plus snacks to stay full but now my body only needs 1-2 and l am not starving all the time anymore. You should really check out Dr.Bergs videos on the terrible diseases carbs cause and about a ketogenic diet. Much love.💗💗
