Can I use ordinary sugar and all purpose flower instead of the almond one and can I use normal butter instead of the almond butter and ordinary milk or almond milk for the pumpkin smoothie?? Do you use raw pumpkin or is it pumpkin puree? Shouldn't we add water to the smoothie??
