When I went to Hawaii when I was 6, they had edible flowers on every plate. I was so enthralled that you could eat flowers, so I asked my whole family if I could have their's. That was the first and only time I've eaten a flower, let alone 7 haha!

Also, when I was 13, my family went on a cruise, and I had steak for dinner every night. I loved(and still do love) cauliflower, and I asked my parent's friend if she was going to eat her's because I wanted it. I was a very strange child haha!

Hi Karlie, if you’re comfortable with sharing your experience with body image and relationship with food/training, can you please make a video of it? I’ve been modelling just over a year now. I’ve struggled with eating disorder and over the past year my health plummeted. It’s getting to a point I cannot overlook all my health problems are from being chronically underweight for years. But now, as strange as it sounds, even though I know it would be good / make sense to try to gain weight back... I’m mentally struggling. I feel like if I choose health, I’ll have to give up on modelling. Even though I have hopes maybe I could somehow get back into my current dress size through healthy exercise and diet, i still fear what if that doesn’t happen? What if I just gain weight and that’s goodbye to modelling forever? I mean I’ve worked so hard for so long to get here, I’m so close to “fulfilling my dreams”, doing good shows or shooting great things... am I giving up if I change myself now? How do I even tell my agency? All sorts of thing...

Smoothies are great but as my surgeon drilled in my head after moving my innards around said the chewing process is very critical for a healthy bunch of tubing in the body. It gives muscle tone to the mechanisms that digest food. Drinking the meal bypasses most of these functions. I see you eat and aren't a smoothy only type person. I wish you had time to get spaceX approval to check out the Gigafactory 3. You would get some tesla fans and get a rare video in the most advanced car factory in the world. Also mud to production facility in 7 months. Maybe you could sign one of the first model 3's made at that factory. I see in Shanghai a 1960s version of the go go go attitude of the space program when I grew up. Love your travel videos seeing it from your unique perspective. Keep up the great work. I like the environmental promotion of the water flask. I watch alot of sailing channels and every beach in the world (even where no humans are) have plastic on their shores. I use a plastic bottle but reuse for 6 months or so. Can you imagine the world if everyone reused their plastic water bottle 30 times. Very doable and would reduce this billion plus bottles per year by 30x.

actually there's plenty health restaurants/juice bar/choose your own salad bar in China and most of them offer amazing delivery service, right to your door. healthy eating is definitely a thing in China. Kindly ask a Chinese who work with your team to help you finding those on Chinese yelp, called '大众点评’, which saves our locals starving soul all the times.
