You should never make smoothies with little fat in it. Always use fat or else bloodsugars go HIGH.. i was vegan for 5 years, ended up with psychosis when my daughter was 3 years! Love your videoes💗 I eat mostly still vegan but take alot of supplements because had bad sleep several years because of my unbalanced bloodsugars. I also stopped eating white rice because that also raises bloodsugars alot.

Ive just watched alot of videoes lately about eating to much white rice and little fat with fruits. Its so good you take multi vitamins with high doses b vitamins! Ive been so low on vit b 1 for maaaaany years that also can give psychosis... i take alot of supplements that helps me sleep and use a puls clock to watched my deep sleep/rem sleep. Its so important to do this and Im so glad I have a son that is so counscious he is teatching me ALOT!😊 Love your videoes I feel Im getting closer to my purpose every day also. Your Lucky you have a good man, dreaming about the right man too😋 have been singel too long.
