I just discovered your channel and website when I bought the fall FOK magazine. I love many Indian dishes and flavorings and watch Vegan Richa. But I was excited to find your information because it is WFB so I don't need to adjust recipes as much. Thank you for sharing your ideas.

I just love your healthy recipe videos as it's yummy and healthy. Today, I just tried one of the recipes with true element's steel-cut oatmeal pack and it turned out to be delicious. Thanks for sharing these amazing oatmeal videos

Hi, thank you for sharing the recipe. Is it possible to pre-prepare the cooked oats and store in fridge to have it ready to make oat upma?

Yes you sure can. You will need to add hot water and stir really well to get the desired consistency

Oats upma sound super delicious! I love a hearty breakfast but never had the courage to try oatmeal that isn't sweet. Do you know if I can prepare it ahead of time? I need to take breakfast with me for work and school and mostly go with simple sandwiches or overnight oats so I don't spend time in the kitchen in the morning. Have a great day 🌱

I use both for breakfast depending on days. Yes, the instapot is needed for steel cut oats because it can take longer if cooked on the stove

Salt is sure a tough transition. In fact I myself go back and forth. Though a better option is to sprinkle some sea salt after serving the food vs. cooking with salt. Also for me personally adding greens and/or lemon juice helps..
