I'm a big fan of smoothie bowls my advice to you if you want it thicker freeze your bananas and whatever berries that you use in your smoothie Bowl because it'll make it thicker and I just a little bit more ice it just makes it perfect. Put the bananas in a ziplock bag without the peel if you try to freeze your bananas with the peel you not going to be able to peel it.

With salmon, make mango salsa. You’ll love t! Here’s the recipe! For the Salmon 1 tablespoon sweet smoky paprika (or regular paprika) 1 tablespoon sugar (omit for Whole30) 2 teaspoons salt 1 teaspoon garlic powder 3/4 teaspoon black pepper 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano 4 fresh salmon fillets (4-6 oz) 2 tablespoons butter (substitute ghee for Whole30) 2 sprigs thyme 1 lime 1 garlic clove, smashed olive oil as needed For the Mango Salsa 3 mangos, peeled and diced 1/2 red onion, diced (about 1/4 cup) 1/2 red bell pepper, diced (about 1/4 cup) 1/4 cup chopped cilantro 1/2 jalapeno, diced (about 2 tablespoons) salt as needed 1 lime For the Salmon Mix together the spices to create the blacken seasoning. Brush the fillets on both sides with olive oil. Dredge the fillets in the seasoning. Use your fingers to rub excess seasoning on all sides of the fillets. Melt the butter in a cast iron or large skillet over medium-high heat. Add a splash of olive oil to prevent the butter from burning. Add the fillets, then the spring of thyme and garlic. The thyme should sizzle! Cook the fillets 3-4 minutes until blackened, spooning the butter over the top of each fillet (basting). Carefully flip and cook another 3-4 minutes, while basting, until the fish can easily flake with a fork. Cooking times with vary depending on the size of your fillet. When finished, squeeze over the juice from a fresh lime. Keep the salmon warm in the butter until serving. Serve with mango salsa (below). For the Mango Salsa Add the mango to a bowl and set aside. Combine the red pepper, red onion, jalapeno, and cilantro in a bowl and mix. Add a spoonful at a time to mango, mixing, and adding more as needed. I use about 3 spoonfuls! Add the juice of 1 lime to the salsa and a sprinkle of sea salt. Mix, taste, and adjust ingredients as desired. This is best if made in advance to let the flavors mingle.

Keemi - have you tried Borscht? Its a Polish or Russian soup recipe that uses beets. It can be a more hearty soup or a thin drinking broth. I make a very simple version with vegetable broth, beets (frozen already sliced makes it easy), carrots, celery, and onion, and white vinegar. And I add garlic salt, a little sugar, and dill seeds or dill weed. The little bit of vinegar gives it a slightly pickled taste that is super yummy (you would probably appreciate the flavor it given how much you like Kimchi). More hearty versions may add cabbage, potatoes, apples, and some are non-vegetarian and use beef or a beef based stock. Its traditionally served with sour cream and dill on top. PS - my version is definitely not super authentic - I have no Russian or Polish background to help me. I just tried to imitate the flavors of a "sipping Borscht" I loved from a restaurant. Please don't criticize me for lack of authenticity, but please feel free chime in with more authentic recipes.

Tip: When you're making your beet root juice, add some apple juice (preferably homemade, just juice some apples) it makes a huge difference, I love my apple beet root juice :) Edit: just saw the next scene, you can ignore this :D

Tip- freeze your bananas for your smoothies to make them colder and thicker and you dont have to worry about them going bad so you always have them around. Just make sure to peel the banana, cut in half and store in an air tight container in the freezer!🍌!

Hi Keemi! I am super interested in why youre drinking the beet juice every mornin? What is the specific health target for the beets? I ask, bc im a halfie, and my umma always tries to force me to drink beet juice, add it to my juices, or eat them....and I am FARRR from being a picky eater...but ((whole body shudders)) I just cant with beets!! I need to start eating healthy Bc of my diabetes. What you ate looks so good I’m going to try it. I’m not big on fish though, but salmon looks so good. I tried it raw one day but I didn’t like it, what does it taste like cooked? I should invest in a air fryer and ima buy a blender. Hopefully start loosing weight and go in a better direction than I am now! 🤞

Kind of healthy? - microwave granola bar with unsweetened cashew milk (makes like a nice oatmeal depend on ur granola bar flavour) - yogurt with cereal (portion it) - cucumber with boiled porkloin - whole wheat bread toasted with laughing cow cheese and raisins Ahah I just came up with these with stuff around my house not necessarily healthiest but i portion it and it not that high calorie either

If u wanna really lose weight I suggest eatting Thai food. Spicy, full of veggies and has protein. And eat alot of steam or boil veggies . Boil mustard green with salt added to the water is bomb .
