If you like raw ahi (you mentioned liking sushi), try cubing up the raw tuna and eating it on your salad that way. Also great for poke bowls. When/if you do cook the tuna, a super light sear on each edge is perfect!

Quick tip to get any kind of meat to thaw faster (fish that’s in like 15 minutes) put it in cold water!

Love your videos! I would definitely count the collagen towards your protein goals, you don’t need all 9 essential amino acids in every protein that you consume, your body just needs all 9 at some point throughout the day. Not counting collagen would be like not counting the protein from beans because they aren’t a complete protein.

If you get some heavy cream and add whatever flavor sugar free syrup hit it with the frother and bam you have whatever flavor sweet cream you wish :)

Do you count calories? I have a pro version of a macro tracking app and they said my macros should be 1300 calories and 120 gram of protein. I eat healthy but today I only had 100 calories left for dinner and I think I am missing something.
