The point is to get to a point in which you can be happy with your body and be happy with what you're eating day to day. I don't view this journey as a cut. You just slowly change the way you eat and in return, you will see results gradually. and Hopefully, get to the point where you just maintain and not feel constricted when it comes to food. Always the best way to go when healthily losing weight. Also don't feel pressured to show "results" because life is life . Who knows what the future holds when it comes to possibly growing a family. That's a whole other journey when it comes to women's outward appearance/ health. But you're making progress and that's all that matters. Love from Toronto Canada. I think what is so satisfying about watching those of you in the PT world is the transformation because you are so consistent and you know what works for your bodies. Like you didn’t say we will see if it works to lose the weight at the end of April. You said it WILL happen and then you will see. Like it’s not a question of if it’s just a matter of when. Love your content as always. I’m walking an hour everyday and being more gentle with myself in my diet due to you inspiring me. ❤

This the most realistic what I eat in a day and you still made it work. A lot of people get rid of their “snacks” or “processed” foods and sometimes having those tuna packets or rice cakes or protein muffin cups come in clutch when you just don’t feel like cooking. Save you eating out too ❤

@KeshaCollins I'm not sure I was thinking its the bacteria ( my not be the right term lol those long ingredients they say is in it ) they I've been dairy free for a minute...and I use to love Greek yogurt version of it ( kite hill) /almond base ones/ coconut based) I realize it so causing me to have a Yeast infection ( tmi truth)...once I stop eating it the yeast infection went away

Potatoes by themselves are low calorie. It's when you add certain toppings like butter, sour cream, bacon ect. That make them higher calories. I lost so much weight subbing boiled or broiled Potatoes (skin on) instead of bread or rice
