Hi Timea. It's interesting what different countries call things. To me, French Toast is bread dipped in egg & milk & fried (also known as eggy bread). Still it looked good, was that goats cheese that came out of the tin?? Safe Travels

Hello Paul!🙋🏼‍♀️ We are also making bread dipped in egg, but it's something else than French Toast (soaking bread slices in a mixture of seasoned eggs and then frying them). The cheese what you saw in the video is "telemea". 🧀 Is a type of salty cheese, either fresh or aged, traditionally found in Romanian cuisine. Have a great week!🙋🏼‍♀️😊

Greetings from Scotland! Hello Timea! That was most enjoyable seeing what you eat in a typical day. Very healthy - that's important as a driver because it's easy to become overweight and unhealthy when you spend a lot of time driving. The toast and salad looked really delicious! My favourite was the yoghurt, blueberry jam and muesli though and I know why you need to clean your teeth soon afterwards because we have a very similar fruit in Scotland (Bilberry) which is the same family of plant as Blueberry. When we went picking bilberries with my dog and our 2 sons, our dog ate most of them, right from the bush! Her mouth was a deep purple/blue for days afterwards! My youngest son also loved to eat as much as he picked, but sadly he is now no longer with us. He passed away at 44yo on 26th July this year. I have so many memories of his childhood and because we were also great friends, I miss him so much but I know he is no longer suffering. Life goes on and we must now take care of his family as best we can. Thank you for the video Timea, they always make me smile and I learn something new from each video. Absolutely, eating healthy it's just one thing, but after every driving session I also try to move at least 30 minutes in the parking lots.😊 Oh yeah, and how delicious is the Blueberry! 🫐 Also very healthy, but you have to wash obligatory your teeth after eating😁. Very interesting that your dog liked this type of fruits, Maci wouldn't even smell it. I only can hope that you and your family can cope with this tragedy sometime. He had an illness? You know that the memories won't fade away and this tiny bits of memories will help you and your family to get through this hard period. It's my pleasure to make videos Peter! @@blondietruckingadventures Your video's are always interesting Timea! Yes, my son (44yo) suffered from chronic Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD) which became totally overwhelming for him. There were problems with his marriage as a result of his excessive need for everything to be perfect, nobody can live with such a problem. It drives you slowly paranoid and try as hard as I could, I could not help him. So the inevitable happened at the end of July. His wife came home from work and found him hanging. She tried to revive him without success and paramedics said he had been dead at least one hour. She cannot enter the home since that day. We will look after his wife and two daughters, his grandchild who was born on the 3rd September ( a baby girl!). Every day is a challenge, but we will get through this as a family. Mental Health help is almost non-existent in the Scottish Highlands and they failed him badly unfortunately, but anger will not bring him back. I have a video tribute on my YT channel if you would like to see him? He is dressed in his work outfit. He made Whisky for the Glenmorangie Whisky company. Sorry, I have made a long reply. Νot easy to eat normally on the road. You're constantly on a steady supply of sandwhiches. Not good. It's great when you have the opportunity to cook on your own. Not everyone can do that. Thankfully, here in Greece, there are quite a few truck stops along the main highways, and some of them have home made meals, which is a nice change from the sandwhiches. Since you showed interest, you can check my latest video about mountain driving, including some tight roads. Cheers.

Hello!😊🙋🏼‍♀️ You are right it's a big challenge to stay healthy while you are on the road. When you would have the time to cook something, usually you are very tired and you aren't in the "mood for cooking". But I always force myself!😂 Also, I don't stay very much gone in Europe, I usually go home after 2 weeks and I bring home made meals with me all the time. It is great that you can find at the truck stops home made meal. At some places in Romania you can eat healthy as well.😊 I will definitely check out! Take care!🌻🍁
