Thank you for your What I Eat in a Day. I'm going to attempt the vegetable-cutting prep. In my own life, with my kids, that would save so much time. 😅 My kids also love nut/sunflower butter with their dates. I loved all the tips on feminine hormone health. Please share more videos like this, if you can! 🤎

Thank you for this feedback Namoi!! So nice to hear that you loved the tips on feminine hormone health, I spent sooo much time researching that topic as I was struggling a lot when getting of birth control, so I will definitely do more videos on that 😍 Hope you have the best day ❤

Very inspiring different meals :) I wish I would have more time to cook healthy but it’s so hard when you’re studying 🥲

I totally feel you!!! I can only do that much cooking whenever I’m working from home the whole day. My best advice is to still try and meal prep as much as possible ❤

@@nicole.ritter thank you lovely! Also, I just tried your sweet potato recipe and it's just the best thing I've ever had ❤️

I noticed that you have put your chia seeds dry on the potato but I was always told to never have chia seeds dry and that they need to be soaked I’m some sort of liquid even if it’s just for a couple of minutes. Is this not true?

As a yogi, how do you follow ahimsa without going vegan. Don't animal products hurt animals and therefore not uphold the yogic concept of ahimsa or nonharm to other beings? Do you think its okay to hurt others if it benefits us to do so?
