Nina Hudson sometimes food is not the triggering aspect it’s calorie counting n stuff like that. People w ED’s could deliberately click on the video to reinforce their bad eating habits and ‘punish’ themselves for not eating healthy food like this, so it’s gives a nice moment to rethink watching the video. Personally I found it helpful and it was good to know no calorie info was going to be included in it

For porridge I recommend using cup measurements for portion size to avoid the extra packaging that comes with the individual sachets. I use the 1/3rd cup for the oats and the 1/2 cup for milk and a slice banana in which mushes as the porridge cooks - I find that makes a perfect portion 🙂

The variety of foods that you had everyday of the week is really lovely and good in a day. It is great to hear that you are going to the gym on a regular basics everyday in a week. And doing regular exercises to keep you motivated and happy to start the day and week ahead of you. The regular exercises routines will help build up strength and to keep you healthy achieve your diet really well healthy and productivity in your day at university. To keep stay motivated happy and healthy you have to look into the foods and fruits and vegetables you eat in a week and to enjoy having food in a fun relaxing healthy meals and doing regular exercises to help you stay healthy with yourself and friendships. I love doing regular exercises everyday of the week because it keep and stay motivated happy and healthy and I like build me up with strength and positive mindset in myself everyday in a week. Being active in myself is important and affective because I want to keep moving forward with myself with exercise regular routine and keep strong and healthy in a week or into a day. A good protein powder should have at least 20g of protein and less than 4g of carb per 30g of powder. Thought could be helpful if somebody is thinking about buying a new protein powder.

Bananas will be your best friend! Can put peanut butter etc on a spoon and put it on the banana as you go along. Apples and things like oat bars are also good. Make sure that you eat something before going to school - I never used to eat anything and it really does impact your productivity! You can get tiny bananas and apples etc from supermarkets that are meant for children's lunch boxes - they are great if you don't feel able to eat a lot early in the morning. Good luck and look after yourself! It is important to keep a structured routine - eat, sleep and do things that you enjoy!
